About the Course Trainer

The Course Trainer Leader is Victor A. Ferrer. Victor is a Mechanical Engineer from 1992 class of UPR - Mayaguez, finalizing his MBA in Industrial Management of the Interamerican University of PR. Mr. Ferrer is our General Manager, he has been directly involved in validation since 1992. Developed as an independent contractor in 1998 and formed as partner a validation company in 2001 and his own company PVSR Corporation in 2004. PVSR generated sales of more than $500K in his first year of operation only as validation provider (performing and managing validation projects). Their resources operation is still developing handling only a 10% of the actual sales. So in other words PVSR is a real Validation Solutions company that provides resources and training. He has or still provides services to, Amgen, Biovail, Schering-Plough, Abbott, Pharmacia & Upjohn (now Pfizer), RPR (formerly Aventis, now Inyx), Merck Arecibo and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. His business background, technology knowledge, experience and excellent track record makes him ideal to prepare new comer's to the validation industry and help develop existing validation professionals excel in their performance. His candid personality will assure a entertaining and learning experience during he courses duration.
